What can I say, I'm a NERD! Super L❤VE B&N and Strarby's inside. My favorite pastime too do on a weekend....pass time in there going thru books, sitting at a table, drinking a latte.
Barnes & Noble personnel very friendly and helpful even after the hurricane. They are very consistent with every visit to the store. It is a real pleasure to visit there weekly.
Shame that this is the only bookstore anymore. I love to read and can spend hours in this place. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. 2 cashiers at checkout no one in line but me yet I hand to stand and wait while they finished their conversation with each other about where they each live after they had both made eye contact with me! What has happened to customer service?
I frequent this store often. I am a reader and just like being around books and book related products. There is a Starbucks cafe inside and it is also located by a restaurant and a mall. Perfect for visitors looking for a comfortable place to pass some time.
I needed to get more storage space on my Samsung Nook. The tech person was not in the store. Arnold, one of the other booksellers, installed the SD micro and asked other sellers questions that have solved the problem. I was very glad that he took the time e to actually help me.
