This is my new home improvement store in Jensen beach. They stepped up during hurricane Irma and provided the community the items they needed during an emergency instead of a runaround, ' I don't know 's, and lack of empathy that I got from other stores. They were organized and they ensured getting generators and plywood was easy and went smoothly. They were ready for the emergency. Great work!
We went to buy a grill. They had none in a box, all had been assembled. When we showed concern it would not fit in our sedan, they merely shrugged their shoulders. They refused any adsistance, even refusing to partially disassemble it. Not store policy they said. We had to remove the stand from the kettle IN THE PARKING LOT before we could load it into the trunk. Horrible response to customer need. Poor planning not retaining a few unassembled.
Many thanks to Lauren Campbell the store manager,who really worked hard to ensure fairness in a time lots of us was waiting for are generators. and jill who was very accommodating and friendly, keeping us informed, and even serving us that were waiting fresh popcorn and fresh bottled water.

Sadly the customer service from front desk staff was useless.I went back three times with item number and location shown on line and asked if it was relocated. She sent me all over the store because she had no knowledge of the product. Hello...can you call for trained help if you don't know or maybe was that just too much trouble? After my 4th trip to her counter she paged someone to the front who knew immediately. Time wasted at store....40 minutes because there is also only one checkout line and it is the holidays. And these stores wonder why we shop online?
When I first went to appliances for help I was treated by an associate who didn't want to bother helping a customer who maybe needed a little more help then just looking. When I went to the manager Pam helped me. She was excellent. We found all the appliance I needed within a half an hour. I was happy and she was actually happy to help me. Lowes needs to revamp there employees and hire more like Pam. It's the one bad apple that makes the rest of the store look bad. THANK YOU PAM FOR YOUR EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER CARE
