Ashley the store manager stated to me that the defective shoes I wore 3 days to WORK, are not exchangeable because they were worn. How can you tell if a shoe is bad unless you wear it. Duh. Told her about the bruising on my foot, she could care less. I wear my shoes to work until the are unwearable not because of paint on them, they are for work, she wanted unworn shoes in new condition so they can sell them to some one else. What a joke I have bought at lease 10 pair of shoes in the last few years you just lost my business. (No stars are deserved)!!!!!
WARNING!!! The manager Daniella did not want to give us our money back. My mom bought a pair of shoes, and never wore them out. This rude manager (Daniella) did not want to return the shoes back. She was saying that it has been used outside and we told her no. She basically called us a lier. The shoes was brand new and clean but she said no, it's not. Maybe its a strategy to keep buying but, NEVER EVER AGAIN COMING HERE.
The manager Danielle is so rude!!! Do not know how she is a manager at all!!!! Will not b going back to that store ever!!! They need to get new managers in there like yesterday!! They are rude as hell!!
