Horrible customer service and ridiculous return policy.
Nice store. Customer service is great
1st issue was a few months ago where the cashier tells me I can't combine rewards with coupons. Nothing further from the truth and I eventually made her use them both on a pair of shorts. Next issue was this weekend. Lucky me - same girl again. She tells me swimwear is no longer allowed to be returned in store. I was surprised and decided to check the receipt. Nope, receipt says must be done within 90 days & have tags attached. Manager comes over and says it's a hygiene issue and they want to cut out the middle man since the stores don't sell swimwear. All fine and dandy, but the customer should be made aware of this policy. She tells me it's on the website under "product details". Sure enough I come home to verify and instead of the return policy being under the tab labeled SHIPPING & RETURNS, they thought it would be clever to put this under PRODUCT DETAILS. If I need to know what the padding material is and how to wash a swimsuit, I'll click product details. You can't seriously expect any person with 1/2 a brain to click that tab for a return policy. Get it together Express!

The Express has a ridiculous return without receipt policy ... they will exchange an item with restrictions - one item for one item the exact price of the one being returned are you kidding me?? No store credit. This is so unfair and I will definitely not be shopping with them after this experience - don't lose your receipt.
