this store is not even worth the 1 star i "have" to give to leave my review. I haven't been here in years, and after today's visit i remember why! I bring in a pretty large amount of name brand, great condition, "in demand" clothes, most still with tags on! and they offer me (almost an insult!) a ridiculously low amount! as I was told today, this is a franchise business so they buy cheap and mark it back up for them to make a profit. when you look around the store, all you see is faded, wrinkled, no name brand ..just downright NASTY clothes! why would anyone even shop here?! walmart is better than this, probably even cheaper &its brand new! I would rather GIVE the clothes away than to sell to people like this! never EVER will i go back into this store and i will make sure to share my experiences.
Once Upon a Child is my new fav! Adrienne is absolutely amazing! I’d never been in before and she explained everything and showed me around the store. As a mother of three I have to get great deals and they have them! Christmas is done! Thank you Once Upon a Child and a special thanks to Adrienne. A lot of places lack customer service in this day, so it’s refreshing to encounter someone in retail not just hurrying you along to get to the next customer. She is a keeper for sure!
UPDATE: In response to owner's comment. It's nice to be able to copy and paste because that was exactly what you just did. Your employee explained the process to me when I went in and I understand it quite well. That was why I was expecting more for the products I brought in. You want next to new or new products, but you don't want to pay anything for them, but charge department store prices. It's sad. And per the comment about being certified, I think that is just laughable. I have never been to a retail location and have anyone claim to be certified in fashion trends. Sounds like something that it self-proclaimed.
Great place for 2nd hand children's clothes, toys, and other gear. Everything is in good shape and always fairly priced.
Spent $210 and got so much clothes. Everything is by size and color. It is very easy to find what you need. Also have toys and bikes ave so much for babies.
This is one of the worst retail locations I have been to. The staff was very rude when I did not accept the offer for my children's clothing. I was offered such a small amount for products that they would have sold separately for 75 percent more then what they offered me in total.
