I always receive excellent service when I visit this store. The merchandise is well-made and beautiful.
Never enough employees to wait on customers at peak times. Lots of lost sales. Too hot in there to stand around waiting for someone to notice you.
Terrible terrible customer service I was standing around for 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me only to ask me if I wanted to sign into a waiting list they had ...I am just mind blown on how terrible my experience was I've gotten better customer service at McDonald's shame on them

i wish i can give no stars, after a lady wrote my name in the waiting list and about 15 minutes after waiting a different lady (the only girl in the store in black and white) came and told me they can't clean my bracelet because they were to busy, oh well i was thinking to buy some charms but of course i left the store after this girl said that. "customer service" is very important and obviously this lady does not know anything about that. If you are thinking to go to this store you better say once you get in there that you are buying something. Learn how to build relationships with your customers"
