Today was a special day for my wife came to dillards for a special brand she wanted and the lady basically had no time for us looked around some more and was not even recognized and offered assistance well we came back to Macy and purchased over 750 dollars of cosmetics bad customer service I believe in customer they come first and sorry we will not be back at Dillards in the Jensen mall do to the service at mac cosmetics counter.

Chanel counter barely acknowledged my husband other than when one of the sales associates knocked him out of the way this evening. An associate from the counter across from Chanel noticed and came over to help him after he stood there for some time. Since he was so appalled by the customer service or should I say lack of customer service he ended up only purchasing my perfume. Had I know about his experience prior to opening the perfume I would have returned it and purchased it from Macy's. Especially since I now have to go to Macy's to purchase the other items on my list.
Samantha in swim at treasure coast mall was super friendly , very helpful and patient . It's been forever since I've had such great customer service. She has a great attitude. I will surely be back to have her help me again.

Love shopping here. I have been shopping at this Dillard's since they opened around 1989. The sales people are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well maintained and they carry name brands that I love at good prices for the selection and quality. Love their sales too. Highly recommend shopping here. This review does not include the makeup counter people since I don't think they are Dillard's employees.
I get a lot of my shoes at this store and never had a problem until yesterday. I went in to get the defect on my heels fixed. So I went to go talk at the manager in costumer service and told him the problem. From the start he had a nasty tone in his voice, and he said he was not going to do anything with them. I was explaining to him it's a defective shoe and the problem needs to either be fixed or replaced. Then his tone got a lot more nasty and said he is not going to do anything about it and basically it's my problem to fix. I could not believe how disgustingly rude to me when all I was trying to do was fix a manufacturing defect on my heels! I nasty ignorant does not need to manage in retail because be has absolutely no respect for the costumes that walk into that store. It's a shame people like him make people like me that spend thousands of dollars a month there not want to spend their money there anymore.
