I want to say thanks to Kimberley in the Estee. Lauder department. She helped my wife on her birthday and was not what she really wanted but was very satisfied . Kimberley greeted us and assisted with my wife's wants and needs and I give your store a 5 star always when we come no issues with any of your sales department and we,will be back .
I had a 20% off coupon however they would not honor it because it is an "everyday item". :(
First of all I found what I wanted but I was not impressed with the floor service I was there for one hour and half and no one asked if I wanted help and it's not the first time but I must say the cashier's Service is great but it needs more floor Service and it will be better for business.presention is great but Customer Service is greater.
I live in the State of New Jersey. While on vacation in St.Pete beach I purchased a top that was just a little too small. I reached out to that Macy's and unfortunately they no longer had the shirt in my size but directed me to the Treasure Coast mall. I then got ahold of a woman name Andria who works in the women's department. She was beyond helpful, Not only did she look up the blouse in her inventory but she allowed me to send her a picture to make sure we were talking about the same blouse. She then took my order over the phone and my blouse was mailed out to me the following day. That is the kind of customer-service you don't come across everyday. I hope Macy's knows how lucky they are to have an employee like Andria.
