We received VERY GOOD help while in the Shoe Dept from. A very attentive rep, Nick or Nicolas. He made our visit pleasant & worthwhile at Kohls! We were VERY pleased with his assistance! NICK gets a 5, overall the store, a 4!
Kenneth the manager working today was exceptional. He was very busy, but took the time to help me find some curtains. Then he helped me order them from the kiosk also. Very nice gentleman. Thank you Kenneth for the awesome shopping experience. You are outstanding!
Went there for black friday! My sister's order kept getting voided and we literally waited like 30 - 45 mins because she couldn't get it right... then on top of that another lady messed up my order!
Kohl's has to be one of the best places to shop. The prices and selection is top notch. I look forward to my next trip here.
